create_public_key

Engine.create_public_key(secret_key, level)

Creates a public key used for encryption. Requires a secret key.

• Input:
  • SecretKey
  • level: int, optional
    • Creates the key with a reduced size to contain only the specified multiplication levels.
• Output:
  • PublicKey
